Anhui Yisemi Semiconductor Co.,Ltd, founded in Sep, 2016, is located in Xinzhan Hi-tech District in Hefei in Anhui province and mainly engaged in the research, production, sales and technical service of the large size of semiconductor silicon crystal, silicon wafer and automatic silicon crystal growth furnace. It is a member of China Semiconductor Industry Association,  China Electronics Materials Industry Association and Hefei Semiconductor Industry Association.

The 12-inch and above silicon crystal growth furnace with the result of company’s own R&D is the first production in China and the core technology and craft of the automatic crystal growth control system has filled the blank in domestic market and reached the international advanced level. Thus the company has mastered the industrialization experience of 12-inch chip size single crystal silicon wafers.

At present, eight 12-inch single crystal silicon production lines have been put into production successively in the Phase-Ⅰ project. The annual output of 12-inch electronic grade single crystal silicon rod is 150 tons.

Company’s  scientific research team of 50 people, including the core technical backbone members working in the field of semiconductor chip materials for nearly 20 years on average, are mainly from military industrial enterprises - Shanghai silicon material factory subordinated to the former Shanghai non-ferrous metal research institute. The technology leader Mr. Ma once served as chief engineer in the world's second largest ultra-heavily doped crystal and the world's sixth-largest semiconductor material company. 

 At present, the only company which can fully master the technical processes of 12-inch electronic grade silicon crystal growth furnace (equipment), crystal growth control system (software) and 12-inch silicon crystal growth technology (process) is this company. The technological achievements have applied for 21 national patents.
